When it comes to anti-theft doors, many people will associate them with anti-theft locks. In fact, currently, this type of lock is mainly in the form of a hybrid lock. Many times, the anti-theft locks we use are a type of hybrid lock. The reason why this type of lock can become the mainstream lock for anti-theft doors is mainly determined by its characteristics. Its * * performance is higher than general single flat locks, switchgear locks, and handle type locks. The reason why we say this is because the current hybrid locks are mainly composed of two or more types of locks, including chain locks, flat locks, handle locks, and connecting rod locks. The mainstream form is still a combination of handle locks and connecting rod locks, with handle locks as the main lock and connecting rod locks attached to the interior of anti-theft doors.
By matching the lock cylinder of the key and handle lock, the main lock tongue can be freely extended and retracted when opening and closing the anti-theft door. And this lock cylinder is lock-in connected to its internal connecting rod, and the other end of the connecting rod is connected to a tongue lock. Therefore, when the main lock tongue extends and retracts, the auxiliary lock tongue connected to the connecting rod also extends and retracts, playing various anti-theft roles. This is the main utility and feature of a hybrid lock.
